    One of Australia’s top property investors is offering 20 minutes of their time for FREE. So why wouldn’t you? We reserve these appointments for SERIOUS investors only. This means if you want information about hotspots, to get the cheapest price or to become a buyer’s agent yourself then this call is NOT for you.



  • I Don’t Need A Buyer’s Agent, I Can Just Find A Property Myself.

    Sure, you can. But why haven't you done it yet? If property investing was that simple, we wouldn't exist. Our team combines years of relentless industry knowledge. We ensure you find a fantastic property that is OFF MARKET & UNDER MARKET VALUE. This is NOT possible with YouTube/Google searches or realestate.com. You are paying to have an EXPERT in your pocket to be your property advocate which has financial value. This also saves you from HUNDREDS of hours of research & time.

  • How Much Cash/Equity Do I Need To Get Started?

    If you are a First Home Buyer, you will need as little as $40,000 or can speak with a lender about using equity from your parent’s home! If you have previously bought property, then you will need about $70,000 in cash or equity to get started. You don’t need a big budget to get the ball rolling.



  • What Is The Sign Up Process

    To get started, you'll need to provide a copy of your ID along with any other partners involved. If you're buying under a Company, Trust, or Self-Managed Super Fund, we'll also require the full name of the entity and the ABN/ACN. Once we have these details, we'll prefill our Buyer's Agency Agreement for you to electronically sign, and send you an invoice for the deposit.

  • Do You Start Sourcing As Soon As I Sign Up?

    No, we first need to conduct a tailored strategy session with you to further refine your property and investment needs. Importantly, we also require a copy of your pre-approval letter before we can start the sourcing process.


  • How Long Does It Take For You To Find My Ideal Property?

    What's important to us is that we take the time to find you the RIGHT property. This could take a few weeks or a couple of months, depending on how specific your criteria are and stock levels for that particular time of year. We value QUALITY over QUANTITY, hence why we are very diligent in what properties we present to you.



  • What Happens If I Sign The Contract Of Sale But Then Withdraw From The Contract?

    If you withdraw from the contract, we won't charge you any additional fees. We also won't invoice you for the remainder of our fee until we've sourced another property and the contract has gone unconditional.


  • When Do I Pay The Remaining Package Fee?

    You'll pay an initial commitment fee upon sign-up, and the remaining fee once we've found you a property, the contract is signed, and the transaction has gone unconditional.


  • Who Will I Be Dealing With Throughout The Whole Process?

    Your sole point of contact at The Property Arena will be the director herself - Arena McLellan. While there are other members of The Property Arena team, it is important to us that you aren't dealing with multiple people!


  • What Are Your Fees?

    We dedicate most of the call to understanding YOU. We will formulate a GAME-PLAN, but at the end of the call we will discuss our fees. Fees will vary depending on the type of investment you want, as well as the type of product or service which is RIGHT for your needs. We value offering a product or service that we see is the right fit for the client. We don't focus on just “getting the sale.”



  • For Those Who ARE Or PLAN To Become A Buyer’s Agent

    Please don’t waste our time! We want to give our time to clients who need it. No to folks “pretending” to be a client so they can copy our process & resources. (it happens A LOT - we take it as a compliment 😘 ). If we see this is the case, we will cancel your strategy session.
